Descriptive Study of a Cumulative Trauma Disorders Management Program in Banking Predictors of Outcome (1996 to 2001)

The purpose of this study was 1) to analyze over a three-year period, health care expenditures, patterns of work disability, indemnity costs and reported improvement in patients participating voluntarily in a Multidisciplinary Upper Extremity Cumulative Trauma Disorders Management Program in a Financial Institution, 2) to identify predictors of outcome. The study design was an observational, retrospective cohort. Patients who participated in the multidisciplinary CTD management program in this financial institution were eligible for enrollment into the cohort.
