Research Areas of Concentration and Projects The OIOC's multidisciplinary team of physicians, physical therapists, engineers, biomechanicians, ergonomists, psychologists, and epidemiologists conduct clinical, biomechanic, and ergonomic research. These researchers are nationally and internationally recognized for the quality of the research they have conducted at the OIOC, and are frequently invited to present their finding at conferences, and to corporate, health and government leaders. OIOC's research has developed a better understanding of biomechanic, ergonomic, clinical, and physiological factors that lead to disability caused from musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.
